Welch Systems, Inc. takes the comprehensive approach when it comes to servicing ATMs. Many ATM service providers break out their services and contract rates based on First Line Maintenance (“FLM”), generally defined as ATM Services that do not require a tool or a part, and Second Line Maintenance (“SLM”). However, Welch Systems priority is to ensure your ATM is up and running as quickly as possible – no matter what circumstances!
Welch offers three types of maintenance agreements, along with an option to choose time and material. With our Full Maintenance Agreement, we not only cover travel, labor, parts, phone support, and one preventative maintenance per year, but also include both first and second line issues for the same price. Our Partial agreement also incorporates all of the above, except for parts. For those customers that want to be proactive and elongate the life of their ATM, but are not concerned about service calls and part replacement costs, a cleaning contract provides one scheduled preventative maintenance call per year at a discounted rate.
