Welch Systems Inc. will continue to provide the best service possible during these times of uncertainty. Because the health and safety of both our employees and our customers is of the utmost importance, additional steps have been implemented to assist our customers, which include creating social distancing if onsite, washing and/or sanitizing hands regularly, avoiding handshakes, and wiping down the equipment before and after servicing. If an employee is sick, they have been directed to contact their supervisor and stay at home until the illness has subsided.
In order to assist with equipment issues as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible, we ask that our customers allow us to troubleshoot with them over the phone and through video conferencing. If the problem is not solved through these methods, we will follow our customers directives. If onsite service is requested, we will ask for approval in advance to ensure technicians are able to receive the proper access to the equipment, along with the proper space allotment to work on the equipment. In cases where these guidelines cannot be met, it is possible we may have to reschedule the service visit in order to ensure the health and safety of all involved.
